Hey, my name is Lyndsay and I run Nutmeg and Arlo by myself from my little studio in Stockton on Tees, England. I create quirky and cute accessories and paper goods.
I'm a jack of all trades. I'm the designer, order packer, social media marketer, cleaner, web designer... Every aspect of running this business - I do it. Just me.
I've been designing since I left University in 2009. I designed greeting cards for some awesome companies, but I was also a freelance designer, I made wedding stationery, gig posters - you name it.
I started Nutmeg and Arlo because I love to design. I was growing tired of coming home from work on an evening and (after putting the baby to bed) turning my brain to mush flicking through TV channels. I decided it was time to focus my attention on something more rewarding. I never knew that it would grow as big as it has.
Since January 2017 I have been running my business full time, which is the best feeling in the world. I never thought it would get this far, and I have the most awesome customers.
