Our favourite Enamel Pin designers!
It’s nearing the end of March and to celebrate Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day (March 8th) I wanted to SHOUT OUT about some of my FAVE female run independent businesses… and seeing as we love enamel pins around here, why not tell you about some of my favourite pin designers?

Liz Harry

LIZ HARRY

Not only is Liz a BOSS business babe, she’s also a really good friend of mine. Her bright and colourful designs never fail to make me smile and I’m in AWE of her typography skills!
She is one of the most creative people I know, always working hard and creating stunning artwork. Her instagram is a dream and she never fails to put a smile on my face on even the greyest of days!

BONBI FOREST

Lee Foster-Wilson is a flipping genius. Her artwork is stunning - I always find it so whimsical and dreamy. Like I’ve walked into a meadow of flowers and the sun is shining. Heavily inspired by nature Lee creates a range of beautiful pins and jewellery and shares her gorgeous illustrations on her Instagram here.

PAPIO PRESS

Papio Press is the wife and husband team of Zanna and Harry Goldhawk. These guys put some serious passion and work into their business and it shows! Their styles are different enough to spot which one has drawn which illustration but their paintings sit together so perfectly. When I see their work I can’t help but think of folk tales, of magical animals and lost cities. Alongside their lovely enamel pins and art prints they are also making a big name for themselves in the illustration world - illustrating some pretty amazing books such as Winter Tales by Dawn Casey and Zen: The simple art of living by Shunyo Masuno.

NIKKI MCWILLIAMS

The biscuit queen herself! If you don’t know who Nikki is… Have you been living under a rock? Taking the world by storm with her biscuit cushions and her glorious stationery shop, Nikki has created an empire for herself within the indie business world. Her work is made up of fun illustrations and her instagram is full of cats. What more could you ask for?

FOX & CACTUS

Fox & Cactus is run by the fabulous duo of Emma and Tom. Emma’s enamel pin designs are cute as HECK and we love the fun and super playful themes. If you love cute animals with a bit of sass, adorable dino’s and ghosties with little peachy booties then Fox & Cactus are for you!

SHOAL

Shoal is run by some of our absolute faves Serena and Natelle. They originally ran solo businesses and decided to merge together to make one MEGA business when Natelle moved from the USA to the UK. They are both seeeriously talented and we love that all their work is around the theme of nature. They also do so many campaigns for non-profits and at this very moment they’re actually running a fundraiser for AAPI - check it out!

HELEN BUCHER

Helen Bucher is a flipping kawaii DREAM. Her designs are so cute and unique, they never fail to cheer us up. Her work is heavily inspired by Japan and so looking at her designs is like going on a little holiday!
